Fee

• Fee will be collected quarterly in four instalments. (i.e. April, July, October & January).
• Fee can be paid for the entire session together with the first instalment.
• All dues and arrears should be cleared before examinations.
• Kindly get the receipt and keep it carefully

SCHOOL FEE RULES

Fees are to be paid in advance for every two months before the 20th of the first month i.e. April, May, July, August, September & October.

Note :- Sarswati Vidya Mandir Arya Nagar North, Gorakhpur is member of international "Karuna Club". Inspiring by "Kareena Club" the management of Vidya Mandir has decided since 2011-12, that the students shall wear rexene shoes to facilitate the feeling of non-violence. They will not wear leather shoes as uniform. The leather shoes are costly in comparison to rexene shoes and enhances the feeling of violence.

THE DAYS FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEE

If any holiday falls during the fee dates, the fee date will be extended beyond the specified dates by the number of holiday/holidays for acceptance of fee.

LATE PAYMENT

If the fee is not paid by the stipulated date, it will be collected with late fee of Rs. 50/- during the same period of next month. In the event of collecting the fee in the following month by serving notice during the same period (i.e. 5th to 8th), the late fee shall be Rs. 100/-. Thereafter the name of the defaulting student will be struck off from the rolls and re-admission is to be sought for with an admission fee of Rs. 250.

Withdrawl Prodedure

• If any parents want to take T.C. after completion of session they have to submit application before 31st march otherwise they have to pay one month fees for the next class.
• If the child is withdrawn in mid-session or expelled from school, the fees and charges paid (expect caution mony) will not be refunded inpart or in full
• Transfer certificate will not be issued until or unless all the dues are cleared
